For startups and investors

Six companies since 1995, three acquired. Then, at 55, I woke up able to code.

I can show you what is running.

For startups and investors

What I'd do for you.

  • Ship one working agent for your team in 30 days, then run it.

Ten agents since 2025, from an AI artist in a museum to a portfolio monitor.

  • Advise your agent company from inside the build.

Six companies since 1995; Vibeconferencing ships every week.

  • Set up a way of working a small team can copy: one model builds, another reviews, a person approves anything that touches money or customers.

It is how I run my own agents every day.

Roles: head of product for agents, VP product or CPO at a Series A to C company, entrepreneur in residence, board or operating advisor.

Could an AI agent manage a real corn crop on an Iowa farm? The idea alone was the #1 story on Hacker News.

Claude Code > your session > your machine > your subscription Vibeconferencing a Mac app talks, draws hears, sees Google Meet Claude Runs on your machine, on your own Claude subscription. No hosted backend.
  • Vibeconferencing

A Mac app that brings your own coding agent (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor) into a Google Meet as a participant.

    Live

    What it proves
A clear product decision in a crowded category: the agent works during the call instead of only taking notes. Weekly releases.
    Built with
Stan James, lead engineer, who wrote most of the app and the engine. I shape the product and built the site and the bot characters.
    Years
    2026 to now
  • slashvibe

Messaging for people who build with AI: message each other, and each other's agents, from inside Claude Code or Codex.

    Live

    What it proves
I know MCP, presence, identity and consent, and I ship developer tools inside the coding agents people already use.
    Built with
Platform contributions from Brian Flynn and Stan James.
    Years
    2026 to now
  • vibestats

A command-line tool that reads how you work in Claude Code, locally, and gives you a builder personality card.

    Live

    What it proves
A developer tool that stays private: your data never leaves your machine.
    Built with
    Solo.
    Years
    2026
  • HEMMA

A home-inventory companion that helps decide what to sell, give or keep, and drafts resale listings.

    Live, partial

    What it proves
An agent that cannot make things up, enforced in code.
    Built with
Its first user, a vintage reseller, who decides what it does in her shop.
    Years
    2026 to now
  • DENZA

An agent that watches a leveraged generative-art portfolio and its loans, and proposes actions a person must approve.

    Live

    What it proves
An agent whose facts can be checked: every claim is marked observed, reconstructed or verified, and it never moves money on its own.
    Built with
    Solo, on my own portfolio.

How I work

A way of working a small team can copy.

Observe runs on its own Propose a draft and a log entry a person signs Act money, messages to people, publishing
  1. Build and review

Claude Code builds; a second model reviews.

One model writes the code, another reviews it, and I decide what ships.

  2. Approval tiers

    Observe, propose, act.

Observing runs on its own. Proposing leaves a draft and a log entry. Acting on money, messages to people or publishing waits for a person to sign.

  3. Portfolio

Two shared tools, many single-purpose agents.

Vibeconferencing and slashvibe are shared tools for people and agents. Every other agent does one job, and none becomes a shared tool until it shows demand.
