For agencies, brands, venues, retail, museums and live events

I build branded AI agents with a voice and a memory, and launch them in front of a live audience.

In 1995 every brand needed a website; I founded SiteSpecific, one of the first interactive agencies. Now every brand needs an agent. SOLIENNE, made with Kristi Coronado, talks with visitors at Fotografiska Stockholm, and Bright Moments ran live digital-art events in ten cities.

For agencies, brands and venues

What I'd do for you.

  • Make your team AI-native from the inside: hands-on vibe coding with Claude Code, for the people who already know your business.

I build with Claude Code every day: tools, agents, and this site.

  • Design the agent: who it is, what it remembers, what it may do without asking, and who approves it.

SOLIENNE keeps her own memory and makes a manifesto every day; Kristi Coronado approves what is shown.

  • Launch it live: a museum, a store, an event, with a run of show.

Bright Moments, live events in ten cities, each with a written run of show; SOLIENNE at Fotografiska Stockholm.

  • Keep it working past month six, with a named person on your side who has the final say.

SARA SAUER, an AI art critic, with curator Amanda Schmitt, who approves everything published.

Roles: head of AI agents, fractional head of AI.

Built with real collaborators.

  • Vibeconferencing

A Mac app that brings your own coding agent (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor) into a Google Meet as a participant.

    Live

    What it proves
A clear product decision in a crowded category: the agent works during the call instead of only taking notes.
    Built with
Stan James, lead engineer, who wrote most of the app and the engine. I shape the product and built the site and the bot characters.

  • SARA SAUER

An AI art critic with a published body of essays, trained and curated by curator Amanda Schmitt.

    Live

    What it proves
An agent that publishes needs an editor: a named person with a veto, built in from the start.

  • GOTHAM

A text-message concierge for Gotham, a New York cannabis concept store, built to bring back lapsed customers.

    Pilot, paused

    What it proves
Customer-facing agent work in a regulated category, rolled out in small groups.
    Built with
    Gotham's founders, as a prototype.

  • HEMMA

A home-inventory companion that helps decide what to sell, give or keep, and drafts resale listings.

    Live, partial

    What it proves
An agent that cannot make things up, enforced in code.
    Built with
Its first user, a vintage reseller, who decides what it does in her shop.

A fictional New York analyst you write to for mentoring, who remembers what you told him. A character, not therapy.

    Live, by application

    What it proves
One character and one memory across text and voice.

Bright Moments, 2021 to 2024

Bright Moments: live generative-art events in ten cities, 2021 to 2024.

I founded Bright Moments in 2021 to make the release of a digital artwork something you went to. Collectors came at a set time, the artist was there, and each work was generated and revealed in front of them. We did it in ten cities over three years with about 150 artists, including Tyler Hobbs, Casey Reas, Emily Xie and Claire Silver, and ended in 2024 with a final work generated from the algorithms of sixty of them. In 2023 one evening included a talking AI booth with an audience watching.

What carries over to agents in public places

  • A set time. An agent in a venue needs a scheduled moment, or it ends up a chat window nobody opens.
  • The artist present. For an agent, that is a named person who approves what goes out.
  • A run of show. Each city had a written run of show and a local team. An agent in a museum or a store needs the same.
  • Visitors who did not come for it. Most people who meet an agent in public came for something else.

  1. Memory

    Relationship memory.

The agent remembers each person across every channel it runs on, under consent rules written with the brand.

  2. Rollout

    Small groups first.

A customer-facing agent goes out to small groups first, and each group's results are reviewed before the next.
